I am a Consultant Orthopaedic surgeon and a specialist in the treatment of conditions around the shoulder and elbow. My aim is to offer a thorough assessment of your symptoms and a careful examination in order to find an individual management plan that suits you.
I practice the most advanced arthroscopic (key-hole) and open surgical techniques for the management of sports injuries as well as arthritic conditions of the shoulder and elbow. However, in many cases surgery is not the first line of treatment, and I work closely with a highly experienced group of physiotherapists, radiologists and anaesthetists to find the best solution for each individual patient. I have designed this website as an educational resource for my patients so that they can better understand their condition and make informed decisions about the treatment options available to them.
